How much does it cost?

A monthly subscription fee gives you unlimited access to all trade membership products, services and features, free job leads and there's no other hidden fees or charges to pay.

You will not be charged anything during the first 90 days as this is offered as a free trial period.

Is there a trial period?

There's a free 90 day trial period when you sign up for a trade membership subscription.

A subscription (which includes the 90 day free trial period) requires a valid payment method, but you will not be charged anything during the trial period. We'll collect the first subscription payment 1 day after the trial period end date and then on or around the same day every month. If you cancel during your trial period there is nothing to pay.

How long does it take to sign up?

Yes, it's quick and easy to sign up for trade membership and should only take around 15 minutes to complete our online application.

Applications are typically processed within 2 business days but it may take us longer during busy periods or if we require further information from you.

What happens after I've submitted my application?

Once we receive your application we carry out a series of checks in order to prevent fraud and ensure the safety and security of our customers. We operate strict acceptance critera for all applications and those that fail to meet our critera will not be approved for membership. We'll email you to let you know the outcome of your application or need any further information from you.

What documents do I need to provide when I apply?

We do not require you to provide any physical or electronic documents as part of the online application process. Should we require any documents when reviewing your application we will contact you.

  • Certificate of Incorporation
Gas Engineers

If you work with gas you will need to provide a valid Gas Safe ID Card number (if you're an individual Gas Engineer) or a Business Licence Number (if you own a business with employees (including yourself) that carry out gas work, or if you carry out gas work as an employee for a licenced business).

At this time we do not require applicants to provide proof of any other qualifications, certifications, memberships or affiliations, however we reserve the right to request further relevant information from you to allow us to assess your application.

How many job leads do I get?

We are unable guarantee a minimum number of job leads in any period due to fluctuations in customer demand that are beyond our control.

How much are job leads?

Job leads are included in the subscription so you do not need to buy them and you do not need to pay to contact a customer. If you are interested in a job you can send the customer a request to be shortlisted and if the customer accepts you will then be able to communicate with each other using our messenger feature.

Is there a sign-up fee?

No, we do not charge a sign-up fee.

How do I pay for membership?

You will need to provide a payment method in the form of a credit or debit card in order to activate your subscription (including free trial period). You will not be charged during the trial period. We will charge the monthly fee to your payment method on the first day immediately following the end of the trial period and monthly thereafter on or around the same day of the month.

Is there a fixed-length contract?

No, there is no contract and you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Trial periods available to new trade members only and checks will be carried out to verify information provided. Subscription fee of £14.99 is billed monthly on or around the same day each month for the duration of the subscription. If we are unable to collect the subscription fee after a maximum of 3 attempts the subscription will be cancelled and access to all trade membership features will cease.
